ARCHITECTURAL FEES

Our fee structure can take many forms. We can charge on an hourly basis for small projects; flat fee for projects where the scope of the project is well defined; or a percentage of the construction cost, which is more common.

Our fee varies with the project size, the complication of the project, and the economic climate.

After meeting with your building committee, we will provide you with an exact quote based on our knowledge of the scope of your project.
